Delegates
All delegates will be pre-registered for the House of Delegates business meeting through the Volunteer Services Team. The delegate badges and meeting materials will be available onsite at the Gaylord Texan. Registration for the full convention requires separate registration.
Letter of Invitation
If you require a letter of invitation in order to secure a visa to attend the 81st AHIMA Convention and Exhibit, please contact Kate Rulifson at kate.rulifson@ahima.org. All international, non-member attendees must provide proof of registration prior to issuance of invitation.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the convention, you may provide a substitute or cancel your reservation. In either case, please notify AHIMA in writing as soon as possible. In an emergency, please fax AHIMA's Meetings Registrar at (312) 233-1500 with an explanation for your cancellation. Students may provide a substitute or forfeit their registration fee.
AHIMA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a conference due to unanticipated circumstances. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be contacted and the full registration fee will be refunded. AHIMA and ATC are not responsible for any travel arrangement cancellation charges incurred by event cancellations.
